ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Plushnap is not liable for products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, or contact us at [plushnap@yahoo.com] and we will do our best to assist you.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Plushnap@yahoo.com] with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Plushnap is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [plushnap@yahoo.com]. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee an update once an order has entered processing.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur a re-shipping fee, which the customer must pay before the order is sent out again.
DELAYS
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, natural disasters, extreme weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
